Instructions
- Heat fats: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Sauté onion: Add chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cabbage: Add chopped cabbage and stir well to coat with the aromatics.
